- ESPACE Guiding models for water storage- Final Report (also available in Dutch). This report presents thirteen Guiding Models for multiple space use. Guiding models are an important instrument in finding locations for water storage in combination with other functions. Guiding models are not only applicable in the Gelderse Rivierengebied, but also on a national level and for the European partners of the ESPACE programme.
- Draft South East Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation Implementation Plan Consultation. Now in Extended Partner's Library (under Partner Documents - SEERA). Extended Partners have been invited to respond to consultation.
- Land Use Consultants, in association with Royal Haskoning and the University of Duisburg-Essen, have produced "An Information and Knowledge Base" for the ESPACE Project. The final report provides a very comprehensive understanding of spatial planning networks, how they work and how to influence them for all four Partner countries. It gives a useful analysis of the current situation in each partner country with regards to climate change scenarios, mitigation and adaptation, as well as each partner country’s commitment to tackling climate change and the current gaps in knowledge and action. The report also provides recommendations on what ESPACE could do to influence decision makers and ensure that adaptation to climate change is recognised within spatial planning systems.
The Executive Summary is now available on-line. To obtain a full report, please join the Extended Partnership
